Greek Lemon Chicken with Potatoes


1 whole chicken cut into pieces.
1 dl lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
olive oil
3 dl chicken stock

Drizzle some oil into an oven dish
Scrub potatoes and half them.
Place them cut side down in oven dish.
Add Chicken to the baking dish.
Drizzle lemon juice all over chicken.
Make a paste from the herbs and spices with a little olive oil
Rub the paste on chicken covering them well.
Pour the chicken stock into the pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 1.5 hours

Serve with salad
